The Service is intended for U.S. residents who are at least 18 years old. You are responsible for ensuring you're eligible to apply for any financial product you pursue.
Card rates, fees, bonuses, and eligibility change frequently, and our data may be incomplete or out of date. The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. Always confirm the actual terms with the card issuer before applying.
Some "Apply" links on CashStack are affiliate links. If you click one and are approved for a card, we may earn a commission from the issuer at no additional cost to you. Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how your statement and spending data are handled (in short: processed on your own device; we don't store your raw statements).
CashStack — including its name, logo, design, text, the selection and arrangement of card data, and the underlying software, methodology, scoring logic, and algorithms (collectively, the "Materials") — is owned by us and protected by copyright, trademark, trade-secret, and other laws. "CashStack"™ and our logo are our trademarks; card names, logos, and trademarks belong to their respective issuers and are used for identification only.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Service for your own personal, non-commercial purposes. Except as expressly permitted, and except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by applicable law, you may not:

When you click an "Apply" link, you leave CashStack and go to a card issuer's website, which has its own terms and privacy practices. We aren't responsible for third-party sites, their content, or any application or approval decision.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CashStack and its operator are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, and make no warranty that the Service will be accurate, uninterrupted, or error-free. You use the Service at your own discretion and risk.
We may update the Service or these Terms as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Effective" date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the operator resides, without regard to conflict-of-laws principles.
